WHO IS SLINDILE
Slindile B. Baloyi has spent over a decade helping women entrepreneurs, MSME leaders, and corporate executives identify that ceiling, understand what is holding it in place, and break through it permanently. Slindile B. Baloyi is the author of four books, including her most recent and most powerful work, Coaching Leaders for Impact.
She is the Founder and CEO of PearlAccess Intl. Ltd, a 100% black women-owned global business coaching and consulting company. Slindile is a SEDFA-accredited service provider. She's partnered with the Moses Kotane Research Institute, the Department of Arts and Culture, and CATHSSETA. She has been a NEDLAC committee representative and KZN Executive Member of the KZN Women's Coalition.
The Consultant
In 2005, she was appointed Executive Assistant to the President of South African Tourism in New York City, representing South Africa's economic and tourism interests to American government and private sector stakeholders at the highest levels of international business. While based in the United States, she also delivered strategic consulting work for the offices of Mayor Bloomberg and for National Geographic, building an international business development capability that spans three continents.
