Speaker Topics

Keynote #1

'AFRICAN WOMEN IN BUSINESS ARE NOT BROKEN- THEY OPERATE IN BROKEN SYSTEMS.' How Women Leaders Can Build High-Value Businesses Without Burnout

Most women's empowerment programming treats the women as the problem to be fixed. The deficit framing — she needs confidence, she needs skills, she needs a mentor — misses the structural reality that these women are operating in environments not designed for their participation.

African leadership is complex in specific ways.

In this talk Slindile reveals her proprietary Leadership Identity Framework drawn from her newest book Coaching Leaders for Impact to develop CEOs, corporate leaders, and high-capacity women entrepreneurs to think bigger, lead decisively, and build influence without burnout.

Participants will discover how effective leadership development in Africa requires cultural intelligence, contextual design, and a genuine respect for the complexity of what African female leaders are navigating.

What audiences leave with: A clear understanding of the difference between resilience-driven and revenue-ready leadership, a personal framework for identifying and closing their own leadership ceiling, and three immediate actions they can take to begin leading at the level their business or career demands.

Essential for high-capacity women, C-suite executive teams, enterprise and government entities seeking to develop CEO's and change agents for global impact.

Keynote #2

'LEADERSHIP FAILURE IS AN IDENTITY CRISIS, NOT A SKILLS GAP.' Why Strategic Leadership is the Missing Piece in Enterprise Development

The real reason most leaders underperform is that they have never done the internal work of figuring out who they are as a leader at a foundational level.

In this topic, Slindile presents her coaching framework and thought leadership ecosystems for high-performance leadership, drawing on her 28 years of commercial and leadership capabilities across multiple industries to help C-Suite business leaders spearheading behavioural change.

This is the foundation that her book Coaching Leaders for Impact covers. It addresses the most critical and most overlooked dimension of entrepreneurship and executive leadership growth: the identity, mindset, and self-concept of the leader running the business or division.

What audiences leave with: A clear framework for identifying the specific leadership gap that is most limiting their business or their beneficiaries' businesses, a set of practical leadership development priorities they can begin acting on immediately, and a new understanding of why enterprise development programmes that do not include leadership development consistently underperform.

Ideal for C-suite executives, senior leadership teams, high-capacity leaders and heads of departments seeking to build trust and lasting culture change within the organisation.

Keynote #3

'YOUR PERSONAL BRAND IS NOT MARKETING - IT IS A LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY.' How Entrepreneurs and Executives Can Build Authority, Influence, and Business Value Through Strategic Personal Branding

For women in business or the C-suite executive trying to build authority in their market. The ability to be seen, trusted, and chosen at a premium is directly tied to how they understand their own identity and value.

In this dynamic Keynote Slindile reveals how the founder's personal brand is inseparable from the business brand. Participants will discover how positioning on identity and brand intersects powerfully.

Attendees will leave with: A clear personal brand positioning statement, a content and visibility strategy they can begin executing immediately, and an understanding of how to translate personal brand authority into tangible commercial outcomes.

Essential for high-capacity leaders, senior executive teams, transformation builders, companies and organisations seeking to build authority brands in Africa that impact global markets.
